I've been bragging so much about these two lately - it's ridiculous! I'm so excited to photograph their wedding this upcoming October. Besides just being a great looking couple, these two are just crazy cute together. Their smiles could light up a room, in fact I caught myself grinning ear-to-ear while editing.
I'm overjoyed to finally have this wedding up on the blog! I've known the bride, Virginia, since the first week I moved to San Diego 9 years ago - and I was thrilled when she asked me to photograph her wedding. After years of knowing Virginia I could see how head over heels she was for Mark. Their wedding day was cute and quant along the San Diego Bay at Bay View Park on Coronado Island. It included only their closest family members, a breathtaking view of the San Diego skyline, and a warm breeze. After the short ceremony, everyone enjoyed an intimate dinner at II Fornaio a few blocks away. I was an absolute pleasure to photograph this gorgeous couple and to meet their lovely family members. I wish them all the best in years to come!
Sean & Lily are such an adorable couple. They are absolutely googley over each other and I love it. Their engagement session was actually on the fly. They're both relocating here from the east coast, but plan to marry in NY later this fall. Sean's be settling into San Diego for the past few months and while Lily was recently visiting - they thought engagement photos in Balboa Park with be a fit for their personalities. As a photographer, it was great that they wanted to meet for an early morning session before the park became over crowded. Below are a few highlights!
Wishing them all the best for their east coast 2014 Wedding!
La la Love! Anyone who knows Eric & Liz, understands they are a one of a kind couple. They are a perfect balance of crazy and caring. Any guest who attended their wedding knows it went off without a hitch.
The day started with the wedding party prepping at the Dana Hotel. During the ceremony at the Marina Village lawn, the sun shined down on the two of them during their sweet, yet quirky, vows. Friends and family had a short walk over to the gorgeous reception area at the Marina Village Sunset Room, where they were lucky to catch an awesome sunset across the harbor. The evening included great dishes, quite the mixture of dance moves on the floor and delicious cupcakes to top of the night.
I truly believe these two are a match made in heaven. They found one another at the perfect time and have so much love and support from their family and friends.
This couple is fabulous. I loved shooting with them every minute! The hike around Torrey Pines wasn't too shabby either. What a fun filled day with a beautiful couple. Thanks Alicia and Carlos :) I love my clients! Can't wait for your wedding in September.
I've know Kevin and Shannon since high school and I was so excited when they asked me to travel back to our hometown to photograph their wedding day. We all moved to southern California about the same time; however they're landed in the Los Angeles area while I stayed further south. The rain (and ever so unpredictable weather in that part of the country) had some people nervous but the wedding party was ready with their backup rain boots. This wedding was going to happen rain or shine. It turned out to be a gorgeous late afternoon ceremony (surrounded by tall green tress & fields filled with catails) and an evening of fun inside a large tent. Both family and friends partied like rock stars till the late hour.
[white_box centered_text="true"] My first wedding in Orange County was the best! It was lovely watching Angelica and Andrew tie the knot at their traditional catholic service. Angelica looked like an absolute angel on her wedding day. See the highlights below.

My first wedding to photograph in California! And it was BEAUTIFUL. The morning started off a little raining, but the sun came through and shined down on this lovely couple as they exchanged vows in front of their close friends and family. These two really are the sweetest couple ever. Wonderful way to kick off my new venture in wedding photography.
